Apple carried the Singles’ Day Festival in China this year to a clear growth path, after it succeeded in turning a sales season that was threatened with decline into positive results.
The iPhone series accounted for 26% of total phone sales during the promotion period that extended for an entire month and ended on November 11.
According to Counterpoint data, excluding sales of the iPhone 17 series would have caused festival sales to record an annual decline of 5%.

As for Syntun, it announced that total Singles’ Day sales for the year 2025 reached 1.70 trillion Chinese yuan (equivalent to 240 billion dollars, or 208 billion euros), compared to 1.44 trillion yuan in 2024.
However, declining consumer interest this year remained a threat to sales, especially in light of the real estate crisis and financial security concerns among customers in China.
On the other hand, Xiaomi achieved second place with a 17% share of phone sales, thanks to the early launch of the Xiaomi 17 series. While Huawei’s share declined from 17% last year to 13% this year, especially after it recently unveiled the Mate 80 series late in the show season.
