2 billion G Suite users
The giant Google announced that the number of users of its suite of office applications, G Suite, has reached more than 2 billion active users.
Google indicated through the head of G Suite – Javier Soltero – that it intends to continue merging separate applications, and according to previous leaks, Google intends to merge the services: Jameel, Drive, and Hangouts into one application.
According to Google, G Suite achieved more than two billion active users before the end of 2019, and revealed that it intends to continue improving its services that focus on increasing productivity.
The G Suite team intends to continue working on artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques to improve applications. It is believed that Google is preparing to launch its predictive service available in the Jameel Docs service and other G Suite applications.
The office application package (G Suite) includes many Google applications and services, including: the email service (Gmail), the cloud storage service (Drive), the calendar service (Calendar), the messaging service (Hangouts), and the document editing service Docs, in addition to a number of other services that focus on productivity.
