The director of football explained in press statements that Saif Jaafar is one of the important elements in the midfield, and the administration seeks to maintain his stability and continue his career with Zamalek.

Abdel Nasser Mohamed added that the club’s football management deals professionally with the file of offers submitted to players, noting that if a suitable offer arrives for Saif Jaafar that befits the player’s name and artistic value, and at the same time meets the ambitions and interests of the club, the management will not stand in the way of his professional future.

He stressed that this file will be resolved through full consultation between the club’s board of directors and John Edward, the sporting director, and in coordination with the team’s technical director, to ensure that the best decision is taken for all parties.

In another context, the Zamalek club’s first football team continues its serious preparations to face Al-Masry of Port Said, scheduled to be held next Sunday at the Army Stadium in Burj Al-Arab, as part of the third round of the group stage of the African Confederation Cup.

Zamalek is seeking to achieve a positive result that will enhance its chances of competing for qualification, and continuing its continental journey strongly during the next stage.
