Today, Monday, the competent court, held in the Badr Courts Complex, headed by Counselor Mohamed Al-Saeed Al-Sherbini, is considering the trial of 6 defendants who are accused in Case No. 8 of 2025, Bulaq Felony, known as the Bulaq Abu Al-Ala Cell.

The investigating authorities charged the defendants with assuming leadership of a terrorist group for the purpose of calling for disruption of public order and endangering the safety and security of society, obstructing the provisions of the Constitution and the law, and of state institutions and public authorities from carrying out their work, assaulting the personal freedoms of citizens, and harming national unity and social peace.
The referral order continued that the second through sixth defendants joined the group that is the subject of the accusation, knowing its purposes, and joined a terrorist group based outside the country, called the Al-Nusra Front. The second defendant was charged with committing a crime of financing terrorism.
