Today, Sunday, at the Sharm El-Sheikh Culture Palace in South Sinai, the theatrical show “Still Here” will be launched for theater clubs, to support talented youth. This comes within the theater club performances of the governorates of the Canal and Sinai Cultural Regions, which are organized by the General Authority for Cultural Palaces, headed by Major General Khaled Al-Labban, as part of the Ministry of Culture’s programs to support talented youth in the regions.
Today, Sunday, February 8, at 8 p.m., the Sharm El-Sheikh Culture Palace Theater will witness the launch of the theatrical performance “Still Here,” written and directed by Sarah Seif, starring: “Sara Seif Al-Islam, Samia Gabriel, Hala Yousry, Habiba Shayba, Souad Al-Nadi, Marvi Emil, Junior Samuel, Rodina Ahmed, Maysan Ibrahim, Mira Mina, Rodina Mohammed, Jani Rizk, Maya Mohammed, Hana Yousry, I came from Ahmed Saad.”
The show revolves around the psychological clinic, the most frank room in our world, and in that clinic we see double thinking, imbalance in reality, and the inheritance of mental illness.
In the presence of the theatrical jury for theater club performances, the first censor of artistic works, Doaa Muhammad Sawabi, decorator Amin Marei, director Jalal Othman, critic Magdy Al-Hamzawi, and committee rapporteur Walid Fathi.
The performances are produced by the General Theater Administration, headed by Samar Al-Wazir, and the Clubs Administration, headed by director Mohamed Al-Taya, and presented in cooperation with the Canal and Sinai Cultural Region, headed by Ahmed Yousry, in the South Sinai Culture Branch, managed by Mounira Fathi.
The theater club experience is one of the most prominent artistic initiatives launched by the Culture Palaces Authority with the aim of supporting young talents and discovering distinguished theatrical abilities with simple capabilities, while providing the opportunity for direct interaction with the audience.
