The local unit of the center and city of Naga Hammadi, in Qena Governorate, announced that the power was cut off today, Saturday, in several areas in the center district, for two hours, due to periodic maintenance work.
Disconnecting electricity from areas in Qena
The Naga Hammadi locality explained in a statement that power will be disconnected from the areas of the Naga Hammadi police station, the Mast area, the bridge area, the Othman garage area, the vicinity of the new Naga Hammadi city council, the irrigation area, the Al-Azhari religious institute, and the railway, in addition to May 15 and March 30 streets, Al-Qamana parking lot, Al-Shouna area, the vicinity of the National Bank and the old Cairo Bank, the boys’ preparatory school, and the Naga Hammadi traffic unit in the city.
She indicated that the electricity supply in these areas will be cut off from 6 a.m. until 8 a.m., calling on citizens, shop owners and government departments to take the necessary measures during the disconnection period, in order to ensure their safety and ensure the regularity of business.
