Soha Ibrahim, a graduate of the Faculty of Al-Alsun, Sohag University, and first in her class for four consecutive years, launched a distress call on Facebook calling on the relevant authorities to intervene urgently to achieve justice and justice, after her appointment as a teaching assistant at the college was rejected despite her academic excellence and her obtaining evidence that the reason for the rejection was invalid.
In her plea for help, Suha said that the college administration refused to appoint her under the pretext of changing the five-year plan, despite a previous court ruling invalidating this reason in her case, confirming that she has proof of this.

She added that she tried to meet the president of Sohag University more than once to no avail, while the dean of the college informed her that the matter was not in his hands, despite being the dean of the college and head of the department at the same time.
She pointed out that the dean of the college, who is the head of the department, told her in text: Muezzin’s daughter is not fit to be a teaching assistant, in an incident she described as clear discrimination that violates the constitution and the law, stressing that a number of faculty members advised her to file a lawsuit.
Soha added that she resorted to a lawyer, but he asked for a large financial compensation that was not commensurate with her financial circumstances, which has prevented her from resorting to the judiciary until now.
She cited a court ruling issued in favor of one of her colleagues in a similar case for the same reasons, which ended with her getting justice.
The outstanding graduate confirmed that her four years of study were full of sleepless nights and psychological and nervous pressure, with the full support of her father, saying: Instead of rewarding him for the fruits of his efforts, I was deprived of my right.
