During the tour, the Vice President of the Authority was accompanied by Engineer Abdel Raouf Al-Ghaiti, Assistant Vice President of the Authority for the Utilities Sector, and Engineer Haitham Hammadi, Assistant Vice President of the Authority. They were received by Engineer Alaa Abdullah Mustafa, Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority and Supervisor of the 10th Parks Authority, and Engineer Nader Zaafar, Head of the 10th Parks City Authority, along with the agency’s leaders.

The visit included an inspection of the utility, electricity, and road works in the Green Housing Project, which includes 109 residential buildings with a total of 2,130 units, with areas of 75 and 90 square meters per unit. During the tour, the implementation rates were examined and compliance with the approved engineering specifications and quality standards was made.

The tour also included a review of the executive position of utility networks, electricity and road works, with an emphasis on quickly addressing any technical comments and overcoming obstacles to ensure efficient work continues. The leaders stressed the importance of delivering the units on time and with the highest level of quality, in a way that meets the needs of citizens and reflects the Ministry of Housing’s orientations towards sustainable development.

At the conclusion of the tour, the Deputy Chairman of the Authority confirmed that the field tours come within a comprehensive follow-up system for various residential projects and vital facilities in new cities, ensuring full coordination between the Authority and city agencies, achieving the maximum benefit from investments, and contributing to improving the quality of life for citizens.
