The Qatari Minister of Sports and Youth, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Thani, was keen to attend the training of the Egyptian national team participating in the Arab Cup and greet the players and technical staff led by Helmy Tolan, the technical director, before the decisive confrontation of the Pharaohs against Jordan at the conclusion of the group stage.
The meeting of the Qatari Minister of Youth and Sports with the Egyptian national team is a good gesture, especially with the good relations between him and Engineer Hani Abu Raida, President of the Football Association, in addition to Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Thani’s keenness to welcome all the teams participating in the Arab Cup, which Qatar is hosting.
Engineer Hassan Farid, head of the Egyptian national team delegation, presented the Qatari Minister of Youth and Sports with an Arab Cup ball, signed by all the national team players, in appreciation of his generous visit to the national team in its last training session before the Jordan match.
The Qatari Minister of Youth and Sports, Hassan Farid, was received by the head of the delegation, Helmy Tolan, the technical director, Ahmed Hassan, the team manager, and the rest of the members of the technical, administrative and medical staff of the Egyptian national team.
