The Sohag Water and Sanitation Company announced that the deadline for updating the data of major customers is approaching, as part of controlling and raising the efficiency of commercial, industrial and service subscription data in the governorate.

Engineer Mohamed Salah El-Din Abdel Ghaffar, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director, explained that major customers must quickly submit and update their data, by attaching a recent copy of the commercial registry and tax card to the subscription files.
He pointed out that the updating process takes place through collectors and readers, or by going to the nearest customer service center in all governorate centers to submit the required documents, stressing that the last date for submitting papers is April 20.
The company’s president confirmed that updating the data of major customers includes industrial, tourism, and commercial establishments, ensuring that customers are held accountable according to the tariff that is appropriate to the nature of the activity without charging them any additional amounts, in addition to ensuring the accuracy of the data and the integrity of the records, which contributes to avoiding any errors in the subscriptions of major customers.
