The Official Gazette published a decision Ministry of TransportationFor the Holding Company for Roads, Bridges and Land Transport Projects, No. 2/1, regarding the decisions of the Extraordinary General Assembly No. 67 of the Holding Company for Roads, Bridges and Land Transport Projects at its session held on September 16, 2025, the details of which are as follows:

The Official Gazette publishes the transport decision to change the trade name of the Holding Company for road and bridge projects

Approval to amend the trade name of the Holding Company for Roads, Bridges and Land Transport Projects to become the Holding Company for Roads, Bridges and Marine Works Projects, while taking all legal measures to announce the new name.

Transport: 11.5 billion pounds, the volume of the Holding Company’s projects for roads and bridges within one year

Earlier, the General Assembly of the Holding Company for Road and Bridge Projects, in the presence of Major General Adel Turk, Chairman of the Board of Directors, presented a presentation on the performance of the Holding Company and its subsidiaries, as projects worth more than 11.5 billion pounds were implemented during the last fiscal year. These projects included the areas of developing railways, high-speed trains, roads, bridges, the Nile Corridors, and port works, in addition to Industrial Development Authority projects.

The Minister praised the performance of the boards of directors of the Holding Company and its subsidiaries and their employees, and their pivotal role in implementing national projects, pointing to the expansion of the use of asphalt recycling equipment in road maintenance, which contributes to reducing costs, reducing environmental impact, and enhancing sustainability in the implementation of road projects.
