Ministry announced Military production Its participation with a number of its civilian products in the exhibition for deepening the local industrialization of engineering industries, which is scheduled to be held at the exhibition grounds in Nasr City during the period from 22 to 24 of this month of January, in implementation of the directives of Engineer Mohamed Salah El-Din Mostafa, Minister of State for Military Production, with the effective presence of the ministry’s companies and participation in various local and international exhibitions in a way that contributes to achieving added value to the national economy.
The Ministry of Military Production participates in the exhibition for deepening local industrialization of engineering industries
Muhammad Saqr, the media advisor to the Minister of State for Military Production and the official spokesman for the Ministry, explained that the aim of holding the exhibition is to display the products that the Ministry’s affiliated companies have come up with that meet the needs of citizens and reflect the Ministry’s efforts in supporting national industries and enhancing local production.
The Ministry’s official spokesman confirmed that the Ministry of Military Production is working to benefit from the surplus production capacities of its subsidiaries to manufacture civilian products of high quality and competitive prices, in addition to its main mission of meeting the demands of the armed forces and police for weapons, ammunition, equipment and advanced electronic systems, as a number of military production companies are participating in the exhibition for deepening local manufacturing.
These companies are: Helwan Castings (Military Factory 9) with its products of (precision castings, brake drums, brake clogs, cement grinding cores, centrifugal grinders, drill bits, gas filling chains, Anchor-Banana, beet knife, electrical tensioners, drain cover, garter candle maquette), and Abu Qir Engineering Industries (Military Factory 10) with a number of its products such as (containers). Metal tin “aerosol – food”, gunpowder deposit remover, gun oil, air pressure spraying, ovens. Helwan Non-Ferrous Industries Company (Military Factory 63) is participating in the exhibition with its products (aerial cables, insulated cables, copper clips, copper rod sizes, copper and aluminum strips and coils), and Benha Electronic Industries Company (Military Factory 144) is participating in the exhibition with its products (surveillance camera systems, smart screens). Different sizes, LED bulbs of different capacities, tablet, solar charger, solar panel).
While Qaha Chemical Industries Company (Military Factory 270) participates with machines for submersible pumps and vehicle batteries, and Helwan Diesel Engines Company (Military Factory 909) participates in the exhibition with some products (water savers of different sizes, screws of different sizes), while Helwan Machinery and Equipment (Military Factory 999) participates with the following (oven lighter, mixer gearbox, pivot irrigation gearbox), and the center participates Scientific and technological excellence as a result (a device for producing water from atmospheric air, a video of a car wash water treatment plant, samples of carbon nanotube raw material, samples of activated charcoal raw material, displaying panels of laboratory capabilities for the research sectors “weapons, mechanical equipment and communications”) will be shown.
The Ministry of Military Production invites all concerned to visit the exhibition, as it is an opportunity to view the various civilian products of the ministry’s companies participating in the exhibition, which contribute to reducing the import bill for the engineering industries sector and its supplies.
