The Ministry of Education and Technical Education has begun its early preparations for the 2026 high school exam marathon

The Ministry of Education and Technical Education sent an urgent letter to the educational directorates, as part of the start of preparation for the 2026 high school exams, asking the directors of the educational directorates to provide the Ministry with the following data:

  • Data of secondary and middle school principals
  • A list of the names and information of secondary school principals and deputies (males and females)
  • A list of the names and information of male preparatory school principals and deputies only, provided that the list for each stage is made separately according to the following table: Name – Department – Position Director/Deputy – National Number – Mobile Phone – Teacher Code
  • The Ministry of Education and Technical Education stressed to the directors of the education directorates the necessity of sending this data in paper form and electronically in an Excel file.

The Ministry of Education and Technical Education decided that the date of the high school exams would be 2026 Saturday, June 20, 2026.

High school exams schedule 2026

The Ministry of Education and Technical Education is responsible for preparing and announcing the schedule for the 2026 high school exams sufficiently in advance of the start date of the exams.

It is usual for the 2026 high school exams schedule to be a unified schedule nationwide in all governorates of Egypt

The Ministry of Education and Technical Education confirmed that it will take into account, when preparing the schedule for the 2026 high school exams, the comfort and interest of students in science, science, sports, and literature, without bias towards any section, to ensure the principle of equal opportunities among all students.

Once the schedule for the 2026 high school exams is approved by the Minister of Education, Mohamed Abdel Latif, it will be announced immediately in an official statement issued by the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, and it will be published on the official page of the Ministry on the social networking site Facebook, in addition to being published on the official website of the Ministry of Education on the Internet.
