Held the Minister of Youth and Sports Noble essenceA coordination meeting was held to discuss preparations for implementing the Grand Museum Marathon.
The meeting discussed ways of joint cooperation to organize a distinguished international marathon in the Grand Egyptian Museum area, in a way that befits the cultural and tourist status of the site, and in a way that contributes to enhancing sports tourism and promoting Egypt as a global destination for hosting major sporting events.
The Minister of Youth and Sports stressed the Ministry’s keenness to provide all aspects of support for the success of the event, which represents a strong addition to the global road racing agenda, pointing out the importance of full coordination between the International Federation, the Egyptian Federation and the organizing companies, to ensure that the marathon emerges in an honorable manner that reflects Egypt’s organizational capabilities and the advanced infrastructure it possesses.
