Engineer Mohamed Ibrahim Fouda, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Qalyubia Water and Sanitation Company, conducted an extensive field tour today to follow up on the ongoing civil construction work at the company’s branch in the city of Qaha, within the framework of the company’s plan to develop the infrastructure and raise the level of services provided to citizens.
Fouda continued the construction work within the branches and technical departments, directing the speedy completion of the work according to the technical specifications and timetables, ensuring the improvement of the work environment for workers and achieving the highest rates of operational efficiency.
The company’s president also inspected the mechanical campaign at the Qaha branch, and reviewed the condition of the equipment and drinking water and sanitation service vehicles, stressing the necessity of performing periodic maintenance and monitoring the readiness of the equipment to deal with any emergency, in implementation of the company’s plan to enhance rapid response capabilities.
The tour also included an inspection of the iron and manganese processing plant in the city of Qaha, where Fouda followed the various stages of operation and plans for replacement, renewal and raising efficiency. He also reviewed the standard operating work and analysis results in the plant’s laboratory, stressing full commitment to quality standards and continuous follow-up procedures to ensure that water that conforms to health specifications reaches citizens.
Fouda confirmed during the tour that the company is continuing to implement development plans and raise the efficiency of stations and branches at the governorate level, in order to achieve sustainability of the service, improve its quality, and meet the needs of citizens.
