Engineer Ayman Attia, Governor, witnessed QalyubiaThe celebration was organized by the Endowments Directorate at Nasser Mosque in the city of Banha, on the occasion of the night of the middle of Sha`ban, in the presence of Dr. Abdel Rahman Radwan, Director of the Endowments Directorate, Major General Mohamed Moawad, Assistant General Secretary of the Governorate, Dr. Mohamed Fawzi, Assistant to the Governor, Dr. Hazem Ibrahim Mohamed, Head of the Central Administration for the Affairs of the Governor’s Office, and Walid Al-Shahawi, Head of the Center and City of Benha, along with a number of members of the House of Representatives and the Senate, as well as Executive and religious leaders in the governorate.
The Governor of Qalyubia witnesses the celebration of the night of the middle of Sha`ban at Nasser Mosque in Banha
The celebration activities began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an, followed by a religious sermon delivered by Sheikh Abdul Muti Ayyad, Director of Departmental Affairs at the Endowments Directorate, during which he addressed the virtue of the night of the middle of Sha’ban, stressing that it is one of the blessed nights in which God’s mercy and forgiveness are evident, and in which deeds are submitted to the Creator Almighty, calling on attendees and citizens to seize these blessed days to draw closer to God through obedience and good deeds.
The celebration concluded with the presentation of a group of religious songs and chants that were in harmony with the religious atmosphere of the occasion, were well received by those present, and added a spirit of tranquility and joy to the souls of the participants.
On the sidelines of the celebration, Engineer Ayman Attia, Governor of Qalyubia, expressed his happiness at participating in the commemoration of the night of the middle of Sha`ban, stressing the importance of these religious occasions in consolidating spiritual values and enhancing the meanings of tolerance and compassion among the members of society.
