Engineer Adel Al-Najjar, Governor of Giza, approved a new assignment movement for a number of ration department directors, which included assigning new directors to the departments of: Al-Warraq, Dokki, Agouza, Kerdasa, and Manshayat Al-Qanater, within the framework of the governorate’s plan to restructure the ration system and raise its efficiency.

The movement also included the promotion of a number of young cadres to work as heads of the supply control departments in the supply departments: Al-Haram, Kerdasa, Manshiyet Al-Qanater, and Auseem, in support of efforts to monitor markets and control violations.
Engineer Adel Al-Najjar, Governor of Giza, confirmed that the movement of new assignments comes in implementation of the governorate’s vision of building a strong administrative apparatus capable of performing its duties efficiently, noting that the current stage requires field leaders who have the ability to move quickly and decisively in the face of any violations.
The governor added that the movement aims to infuse new blood and provide the opportunity for young competencies to prove their capabilities, while continuing to evaluate performance periodically, which contributes to improving the level of performance and enhancing supervision of the markets.
The Governor of Giza explained that the next stage will witness a greater tightening of ration campaigns, stressing the intensification of campaigns on bakeries, markets, and stove depots, and controlling any tampering with citizens’ rights, while taking deterrent legal measures against violators.
For his part, Mr. Blasi, Director of the Supply Directorate in Giza, explained that the movement of assignments approved by the Governor of Giza came within the comprehensive restructuring plan that aims to achieve the highest levels of job discipline, and relies on an objective and accurate assessment of the performance of the leadership and supervisory cadres in the Directorate, in a way that ensures raising work efficiency and improving the level of services provided to citizens.
