Today, Monday, Dr. Jacqueline Azar, Governor of Beheira, approved 5 detailed plans for a number of local units within the governorate, as part of the state’s efforts to regulate urbanization, eliminate random and illegal construction, and achieve optimal use of land, in line with plans for sustainable development and organized urban expansion.
The Governor of Beheira approves a number of detailed plans for the villages and centers of the governorate
The governor approved the detailed plan for the village of Nazara Al-Mansheya, affiliated with the local unit of the village of Buwait in the Al-Rahmaniyah center, the detailed plan for the village of Abu Manjouj, which is affiliated with the local unit of the village of Al-Rabdan in the Shubrakhit center, and the detailed plan for the village of Harara, which is affiliated with the local unit of the village of Harara in the city of Hosh Issa.
The detailed plan for the modernization and completion area of the west of Al-Jumhuriya Street in Housh Issa City, and the detailed plan for modifying the extension area No. (1-1) and No. (1-2) in Itay Al-Baroud City, were also approved.
The Governor of Al-Buhaira confirmed that the adoption of these plans comes within the framework of the governorate’s keenness to achieve urban discipline and provide a safe and planned urban environment that meets the current and future needs of citizens and contributes to supporting development projects and services.
For her part, Engineer Amira Btisha, Director General of Planning and Urban Development in the governorate, explained that full coordination had been made with the concerned local units, and the plans had been reviewed in accordance with the approved planning requirements, in a way that achieves the public interest and preserves the rights of citizens.
She added that these plans were approved after completing all legal procedures and ratifying them, and in accordance with the strategic plans approved by the General Authority for Urban Planning, in implementation of the state’s directives to achieve balanced and sustainable urban development.
