Today, the General Committee for House of Representatives Elections in Bandar Al-Fayoum Center announced the preliminary results of the vote counting of the subcommittees in the first district, following the completion of the counting operations in 89 electoral committees. The district witnessed a significant turnout of voters, amid continuous follow-up from the judicial authorities supervising the electoral process.

According to the committee’s statement PublicThe number of those registered in the electoral rolls in the district reached 652,622 voters, while the number of attendees who cast their votes reached 83,576 voters. The committee explained that the total number of valid votes reached 72,516 votes, while the number of invalid votes reached 11,060 votes.

Preliminary results revealed that the candidates received the following votes:
Mahmoud Abdel-Qawi received 36,621 votes, while Muhammad Rabie Al-Omda scored 14,773 votes, while Sayed Sultan received 24,141 votes. Ahmed Jaber came with 12,859 votes, while Muhammad Fouad received 28,011 votes, and Muhammad Ali achieved 3,463 votes. Salah Al-Sukari also received 4,011 votes, Ahmed Youssef achieved 2,979 votes, while Ashraf Abdel-Wanis scored 2,252 votes.

Mustafa Al-Khatib also received 2,076 votes, Wali Salah received 1,573 votes, Hamada Owais received 2,787 votes, while Alaa Al-Taweel scored 4,069 votes. Wael Mansour achieved 12,812 votes, Ali Ayoub came among the highest votes with 39,849 votes, while Sabah Al-Sisi recorded 8,802 votes, Muhammad Jumaa also received 12,095 votes, and Ahmed Tayseer’s votes reached 4,375 votes.

The General Committee confirmed that these results are a preliminary numerical count of the votes of the subcommittees, and that the final and official results will be announced after completing the legally prescribed procedures and examining any appeals or grievances that may be submitted by the candidates.
