Ain Shams University denied its connection with a doctor who claims to be affiliated with its academic staff and provides medical advice to patients in violation of medical rules, explaining that he is no longer among the faculty members at the Faculty of Medicine, and that his service at the university has officially ended in 2023, according to the administrative decisions approved and documented in the university’s records.
The university said in a statement today: We have no connection to the doctor called “Za,” who is being investigated by the Medical Syndicate because he provided medical advice to patients in violation of medical rules and claims to be a professor at Ain Shams University.

She added: What the aforementioned claims on social media pages represents a deception of public opinion and an attack on the name and value of the prestigious university institution.
The university stressed that it will take all necessary legal measures against anyone who impersonates a false academic position or uses the university’s name in a way that offends it or misleads citizens, in order to preserve the university’s standing and safeguard the rights of patients and society to obtain reliable information issued by accredited academic bodies.
Ain Shams University confirmed its full cooperation with the General Syndicate of Physicians and the competent authorities in following up on the complaints submitted against the aforementioned, in order to ensure the safety of medical practice and respect for the approved scientific and professional rules.
