Next Saturday, December 13 session, the Administrative Judicial Court, First Circuit for Rights and Liberties, will consider the lawsuit filed by Hadir Abdel Razek’s lawyer requesting her release, after two and a half months of execution, based on a presidential pardon for two-thirds of the period and a provisional release under condition of half the term in accordance with the law regulating correctional and rehabilitation centers.

Earlier, the Second Circuit of the Cairo Economic Criminal Court decided to uphold the ban on blogger Hadir Abdel Razek from disposing of her funds.
An order prohibiting the disposal of blogger Hadeer Abdel Razek’s funds stated that, after reviewing the memorandum of the investigating authorities, a temporary decision was issued prohibiting her from disposing of her personal funds, whether they are cash or movable funds, instruments, safes, deposits, or electronic wallets owned by her in banks, companies, and others, and their personal real estate funds, by selling, transferring, mortgaging, or arranging any personal or in-kind investments on them, in all banks in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
On the other hand, Hadeer Abdel Razek, today, filed a lawsuit before the Administrative Judicial Court, First Circuit for Rights and Liberties, through her representative, Dr. Hani Sameh, the lawyer, bearing No. 9125 of Judicial Year 80, to demand her immediate release after spending about two months in prison, based on the controls for a presidential pardon for the remainder of the sentence for two-thirds of the term, and as a precaution to benefit from the conditional release mechanism after serving half the term, in accordance with the law regulating correctional and rehabilitation centers.
