Reactions varied between those calling for an investigation into the incident and taking the necessary legal measures, and those stressing the need to respect the sanctity of prayer and not exploit it in controversial content with the aim of attracting views.
Social media pioneers denounced the circulating scene, stressing that what appeared in the video contradicts the sanctity of prayer and the sanctity of the Holy Qur’an, considering that such actions represent an unacceptable transgression of religious and societal values, and demanding that rituals not be exploited in content that aims to stir up controversy or garner interaction.
