The security services of the Qena Security Directorate found the body of a young man in mysterious circumstances inside his home, in one of the villages affiliated with the Qena Center District, and the body was deposited in the morgue.
The beginning came when the Qena Security Directorate received a notification from the Qena Police Station, stating that a report had been received that the body of a young man had been found inside his home in one of the villages affiliated with the center’s district.

After examination, it was found that the body of M., in his twenties, without any apparent injuries, was found inside his house in one of the villages affiliated with the Qena Center District, and the security forces are currently investigating.
The body was deposited in the Qena General Hospital morgue at the disposal of the competent authorities, a report was drawn up regarding the incident, and the relevant authorities were notified to initiate investigations, which assigned the Investigation Unit to investigate the incident and uncover its circumstances.
