The competent authorities in Dakahlia Governorate have completed the autopsy procedures on the body of a lawyer who was killed after she fell from the balcony of a house in the village of Kafr Al-Abhar, affiliated to the Nabarouh Center, in order to determine the exact cause of death.
The security services had received a report about the incident, and a security force moved to the scene of the incident. It was found that the lawyer had died and her husband had been injured as a result of a trespass inside a house that was the subject of a legal dispute.
Initial investigations revealed that disputes broke out between parties over ownership of the property following the implementation of the empowerment ruling, which developed into a quarrel and assault, followed by the victim falling from the third floor.

The details of the incident go back to a notification received by the Director of Dakahlia Security from the Director of Criminal Investigation, stating that a report had been received by the warden of the Nabarouh Police Station, about the death of a female lawyer as a result of her falling from a height in the village of Kafr Al-Abhar, the district of the center, and that her husband was injured as a result of the assault on them.
The officers of the center’s investigation unit moved to the scene of the report, and upon examination it was found that a lawyer named Rasha Mahmoud Farhat was killed, while her husband, Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, was seriously injured.
Five days after the execution of the sentence, her opponents sneaked from the balcony of the apartment at night, assaulted her husband, and beat her with a knife. They also threw the victim from the balcony on the third floor, causing her to fall into the street and die instantly.
