The Sadat Academy for Administrative Sciences witnessed the discussion of a doctoral thesis entitled “Strategic Agility and its Relationship to Institutional Excellence… A Field Study on the General Office of Beheira Governorate,” which is the first scientific thesis to be applied in the field to the General Office of the Governorate.

The thesis dealt with a study presented by researcher Georgina George on the relationship between strategic agility and achieving institutional excellence within the administrative apparatus in Beheira Governorate, within a scientific framework that keeps pace with modern institutional development concepts.
The discussion and arbitration committee consisted of: Dr. Muhammad Shaheen, Dr. Abdel Hakim Abdel Moneim, and Assistant Dr. Taha Ismail.
The thesis resulted in the award of a doctorate degree with honors, and it will be circulated among universities because it represents an important scientific and applied addition to the field of public administration.
It is noteworthy that the researcher holds the position of field monitoring officer in the media office of the Beheira Governor.
