Today, Tuesday, the Civil Protection Forces in Assiut were able to rescue 5 people who collapsed on two 3-storey red brick houses in Ezbet Al-Awar, affiliated with the village of Awlad Elias, in the center of Sidfa in the governorate. Assiut.
Transporting the injured to the hospital
Major General Wael Nassar, Director of Assiut Security, received a notification from the Rescue Operations Room, stating that a report had been received from residents about the collapse of two three-story red brick houses in Ezbet Al-Awar in the village of Awlad Elias in the Sidfa Center in Assiut Governorate, and that there were injured people.
Security forces, investigation officers, ambulances, and civil protection and rescue forces immediately moved to the site of the report, and examination and inspection revealed the collapse of two houses belonging to Ashraf Rushdi Makin and Beshay Rushdi Makin, and the rescue forces were able to extract 5 injured people, namely: Ashraf Rushdi Makin, Naasa Makin Boutros, Damiana Beshay, Maryam Beshay, and Beshay Rushdi Makeen.
The injured were transferred to the hospital to receive the necessary treatment and provide first aid. A report was drawn up regarding the incident and the Public Prosecution took over the investigation.
