The security services of the Security Directorate revealed QalyubiaUnder the supervision of Major General Ashraf Gaballah, Assistant Minister of the Interior for the Qalyubia Security Sector, the circumstances surrounding the discovery of the body of a young man inside his home in the Bahtim area, district of the second section of Shubra Al-Kheima.
Major General Mohamed Al-Sayed, Director of the General Department of Investigations in Qalyubia, and Major General Wael Metwally, Head of Investigations in Qalyubia, received a notification from Lieutenant Colonel Mustafa Diab, Chief of Investigations of the Second Division in Shubra Al-Kheima, that a report had been received that the body of a young man had been found inside the department’s house.
Upon examination and inspection, it was revealed that a young man residing on Arjuwan Street in the Bahtim area, the department’s district, inflicted a severe wound on himself and continued to bleed until he died from his injury, due to him being in a psychological state. The body was transferred to the hospital at the disposal of the investigating authorities.
A report was drawn up on the incident, and the Public Prosecution took over the investigation and authorized the burial of the body after completing the autopsy work by the forensic doctor, expediting the investigations, and questioning the eligibility of the deceased and the eyewitnesses.
