Today, Wednesday, November 26, the Cairo Economic Court ruled that it lacks jurisdiction in 3 lawsuits filed by Mamdouh Abbas against Mortada Mansour, former president of Zamalek Club, on charges of insult and defamation.

The administrative judiciary ruled that it lacked jurisdiction in 3 cases of insult and slander filed by Mamdouh Abbas against Mortada Mansour

Earlier, the former president of Zamalek Club, Mortada Mansour, announced his reconciliation with Mahmoud Al-Khatib, the current president of Al-Ahly Club.

This came in a previous post on his official Facebook account, which was as follows: In the shadows of this holy month, the month of Ramadan in which the Qur’an was revealed, the month of spirituality and tolerance, my Lord, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful, guided me and enabled me to end most of the disputes that arose between me and those with whom I disagreed.

He added: Based on the state of reconciliation with myself and with others, I confirm what I previously announced weeks ago: my complete reconciliation with Captain Mahmoud Al-Khatib, about whom I previously expressed my opinion in one of the programs, that he is a sports role model, and I was one of his fans, and I still adhere to my opinion.

He continued: Regardless of whether he continues to take legal measures against me or not, I affirm my full respect for him and his small family, headed by his virtuous wife, his struggle companion, and his generous sisters, as well as his large family: the Al-Ahly Club’s Board of Directors, the members of its General Assembly, and its fans.

He added: It was never my intention to insult him, his family, or Al-Ahly Club and its respected fans, and the previous dispute between us did not and will not change my appreciation for him at all.
