Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune sent several messages to the Egyptian and Algerian peoples in a speech yesterday, Saturday, related to the historical relations between the two countries.
Messages from the Algerian president to the Egyptians
In his speech to the Algerian media, Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune said that Egyptian-Algerian relations are historic, and what affects Egypt affects Algeria, explaining: Our relationship with Egypt is historical, and what affects Egypt affects us.. Algeria rejects any aggression against it.
The Algerian president added in his speech about Egypt: President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi is a brother of mine, and the first army that helped us in 1963 was the Egyptian army, and whoever touches Egypt touches us, and we will not accept any aggression against it.
He also praised the relations between Algeria and Qatar, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, saying that they are more than fraternal.
Regarding Libya, Tebboune stressed that everything that affects this country affects Algeria, stressing the need to allow Libyans to decide the future of their country and choose who represents them.
Regarding international affairs, he pointed out that his country has good relations based on mutual benefit with various countries, such as Italy, Spain and Germany, and with major countries such as the United States of America, Russia and China.
