Engineer Mohamed Shimi, Minister, confirmed Business sector In general, the next year 2026 will be full of the operation of a number of factories and important investment projects, noting that the Ministry has prepared 52 investment opportunities that have been initially studied and on the economic side in coordination with the Ministry of Investment.

During his meeting with a number of journalists in the presence of Cairo 24 at the Ministry’s headquarters in the New Administrative Capital, the Minister explained that the most prominent projects that will be implemented include a project to develop the textile sector, doubling the production of the anode factory, in addition to seeking to restart the Delta Fertilizers Factory to benefit from its full production capacity.
Shimi pointed out that these projects aim to enhance productivity, support national industries, and attract value-added local and foreign investment partnerships, thus contributing to achieving sustainable economic growth.
