Dr. Ibrahim Saber, Governor of Cairo, issued a limited movement of movements between district heads with the aim of benefiting from competencies, replenishing leadership capable of achieving sustainable development, developing the work system, and advancing leaders capable of facing challenges and improving the services provided to citizens.

Cairo Governor issues limited movement between district heads

The Cairo Governor’s decision included assigning Major General Manal Muhammad Taha Khalil Al-Satohi from the head of the Zawia Al-Hamra district to the head of the Al-Marj district, Islam Sayed Ismail Al-Sayyid from the head of the Al-Marg district to the head of the Al-Zawiya Al-Hamra district, Ahmed Abdel Khaleq Ali to carry out the duties of the head of the Al-Waili neighborhood, Mohamed Abdel-Mumen Muhammad Abdel-Ghani to carry out the duties of the head of the Bulaq Abu Al-Ela neighborhood, and Tamer Gamal Muhammad Mahmoud to perform the duties of the secretary of the Bulaq Abu Al-Ela neighborhood.

The Governor of Cairo stressed the existence of strict instructions for district heads charged with daily field presence among citizens, listening to their complaints, and quickly providing solutions to them within the framework of the law, stressing that the evaluation criterion is citizens’ satisfaction with services and results on the ground.
