In one of the simple houses in the village of Amara, affiliated with the Hosh Issa Center in Beheira Governorate, there is an exceptional story that began 17 years ago, when a mother named Ghazala gave birth to seven twins at once, after an arduous pregnancy journey that was close to a medical and human miracle, beginning long chapters of challenge and patience in raising ten children, between the joy of childbirth and the pain of need.

The mother explained that her pregnancy was very dangerous, and that her seven children remained in incubators for nearly two months after birth due to their low weight. She pointed out that she faced great difficulties in providing them with the necessary care and milk, before she received temporary support from the governorate at the time, which was stopped several years ago.

Ghazala also explained that one of her sons has been suffering from health problems since childhood, while her daughter, Israa, needs continuous treatment for muscular dystrophy, in addition to her husband suffering from a disease that requires monthly treatment at a cost of up to a thousand pounds, which is beyond the family’s ability to bear.

The mother appealed to the Minister of Social Solidarity and Beheira Governorate officials to redisburse a fixed financial aid and improve her children’s health and social conditions, in addition to helping her obtain a building permit to expand her narrow house, in order to provide a decent life for her seven-twin children.
