It resulted in the removal of all occupancies and encroachments by street vendors, the occupancy of stores that took over the sidewalks and pedestrian paths, and the reservation of 85 works, as the campaign headed to the streets: Al-Zuhur in New Hadra, Lajtih in Al-Ibrahimiyya, and Abu Al-Ela Street in Al-Hadra.

In a related context, the district head followed up on the work of the Electricity Department to raise the efficiency of public lighting and maintain poles and floodlights, as 12 poles were maintained and illuminated on the sea side of the Corniche.

This comes in addition to strengthening the lighting on Shakur Street in the Raml Station with 2 floodlights, and maintaining and lighting 17 decorative poles with floodlights in Al-Masala Square and its branches, behind the Metro Cinema in the Raml Station.

An antenna cable with a length of 60 meters was also extended on the poles on the sea side of the Corniche in front of the Camp Shizar parking lot to connect the electrical current to 18 poles, and to review the condition of public lighting on Al-Hurriya Road and the Corniche Road.

The governorate confirms that after applying the prescribed fines and issuing legal warnings, administrative closure will be imposed for a period of up to 15 days in the event of repeated violations, in addition to the imposition of the financial fines stipulated in the organizing regulations.
