The river rescue forces in Minya Governorate were able to recover a small body floating on the surface of the waters of the Ibrahimiyya Canal in the village of Itsa, the station in the Samalout center in Minya Governorate. It is likely that she is one of the missing children, within the family of the Dayrout Center, as the bodies of the father, his son, and his daughter were found in the same place, and a search is underway for another.

The security services in the Minya Security Directorate received a report from the police, stating that a small body had been found drowned in the Ibrahimiyya Canal in the village of Itsa, the station in the Samalut center.
Immediately, the security services moved to the location of the report and found the body of a young 7-year-old who was likely among the Assiut victims. She was transferred to the hospital morgue at the disposal of the investigation authorities until her identity was identified.
A report was prepared, legal measures were taken, and the competent authorities were notified to initiate investigations
