Today, Tuesday, the vicinity of churches and public squares in the Red Sea Governorate is witnessing a state of intense security alert, coinciding with the Christmas Mass celebrations. GloriousThe Red Sea Security Directorate intensified its security presence around churches.
In the same context, the Red Sea Traffic Department closed a number of roads leading to churches to vehicle traffic, allowing only pedestrian traffic during celebration periods, while tightening traffic and security patrols, to ensure traffic flow and maintain public security, as this comes within the framework of the keenness of the security and executive agencies in the Red Sea Governorate to provide a safe and stable atmosphere.
For his part, Major General Ayman Al-Hamzawi, Director of Red Sea Security, announced the lifting of the state of emergency in all cities of the governorate, canceling the rest of officers, and raising the level of maximum preparedness, within the framework of a comprehensive security plan to secure citizens and visitors during the holiday period.
