-First of all, we welcome you to Cairo 24.. and we congratulate you on the success of the series “Ala Qad al-Hob”.. It is always different, as we are accustomed to in every work.. How do you describe the situation in this work?
Praise be to God, the success achieved by the series made me very happy, and I am happy with the great reactions from the audience, and the thing that makes me happy most is that people felt the characters and interacted with them sincerely.
-The chemistry between you and Nelly Karim is different and clear in “As Much as Love”.. How did you agree on this chemistry?
The chemistry between me and Nelly Karim started from the first time we acted together in the series “Faten Amal Harbi,” and from that time there was clear harmony and understanding between us, with time there was greater communication, and this was natural, and it was reflected on the screen and made the relationship between the two characters appear in a real way.
– Speaking of the restaurant in the series…have you actually thought about having your own business?
I never thought about having my own business or restaurant. I am an actor and I love my work very much, and I do not see myself in any other profession other than acting.
-Did you have previous experience in cooking or did you seek the help of a stunt double?
I do not have previous experience in cooking, but I used a stunt double and practiced the required details very quickly in order to present the scenes in the way they appeared to the audience.
-Do you see that men really know how to love “as much as they love” or is there always a mistake?
In reality, love relationships involve tension and pressure, and there is no particular shortcoming that we can extend to men or women. The issue depends on the person himself, and each relationship has its own circumstances.
Ramadan this year witnessed strong competition between series. Do you see how the competition is?
Ramadan always witnesses strong competition, and this is a very healthy thing for the industry, and our competition is fair, and we all wish each other success because success in the end serves the drama as a whole.
-Your work is always distinguished and succeeds silently.. At a time when promotion on social media remains essential.. How do you see this idea and why do you stay away from it? And how do you see the idea of the highest reward?
Every artist has his own way of dealing with his work. I like to focus more on the work itself, and leave the result to the audience, and in the end there is no such thing as the highest reward in reality.
- Tell us about your rituals in Ramadan?
My Ramadan rituals are very normal, and because of photography, we are not able to live the atmosphere fully, and most of the time we are in the location, and we try to create a family atmosphere there.
What are we excited about in the upcoming episodes?
The upcoming episodes of “Ala Qad al-Hob” contain many surprises and important developments in events.
- What’s new with you in the coming period?
Currently, he is focused on completing filming the scenes of “As Much as Love,” and there are no other projects announced yet.
-Will we see the full number in 2027?
I don’t know, and the decision is up to the production company and those responsible for the work.
