The funeral of the late artist Tariq Al-Amir, which is currently being held at the Al Rashdan Mosque in Nasr City, witnessed a state of great sadness, as his sister Lamia Al-Amir collapsed while receiving the mourners, affected by his sudden departure, and was keen to bid him farewell with touching words, describing him as the bridegroom of heaven.
A large number of family members, friends, and fans of the late artist came to offer their condolences, in an atmosphere filled with sadness and to pray for mercy and forgiveness for him. Among the first to attend was the artist Rushdi Al-Shami.

The artist Tariq Al-Amir passed away the day before yesterday, after suffering a sudden health crisis, where the heart muscle stopped after a struggle with the disease, and he died in a hospital in Cairo.
Salma, the late artist’s niece, confirmed the date and place of the funeral through a post on her personal Facebook account, in which she asked the fans and fans of her uncle to pray for him, asking God to cover him with His vast mercy.
Hours before his death, the family of the late artist revealed in private statements the developments in his health condition, explaining that he had contracted a bacterial infection while he was in the hospital, which led to him entering a coma.
She added that the heart muscle actually stopped, but the doctors were able to revive him in the first minutes, before his health condition later deteriorated and he died.
