The Ministry of Education and Technical Education sent a letter to the educational directorates regarding the procedures regulating the annual external loan movement for the academic year 2026/2027 and within the framework of launching the application portal for external loans.

– The teacher reviews all data related to him on the central database and ensures that it is correct and matches the paper loan card provided.
– Fill out the rest of the data necessary to complete the electronic form for applying for external loan movement
– In the event that the teacher amends any data related to him, he will immediately refer to the Statistics Department of his educational administration, in accordance with the official documents approved by the personnel affairs of his educational administration to which he belongs.
Required papers
After the teacher completes the electronic registration of the loan request, he must attach the following documents:
– Personal photo
– National ID and passport (if any) or approval for its extraction in case of candidacy for loan.
– Academic qualifications
– Functional papers include:
- Paper loan card approved by the educational administration and stamped – health card – payment receipt, status newspaper – adequacy reports – husband’s consent for females.
