The Drinking Water and Sanitation Company announced In QalyubiaToday, Saturday, drinking water was cut off in the villages of Kafr Shebin, Al-Hasfa, and Kafr Al-Deir, from ten in the morning until four in the afternoon.
For 6 hours… water was cut off today in a number of villages in Kafr Shebin in Qalyubia
The company explained that the outage comes due to repair work on an emergency fault in the 700 mm diameter drinking water line feeding those villages.
The company confirmed that all necessary equipment and supplies have been provided, and emergency and technical maintenance teams have been provided to quickly deal with malfunctions and complete the work at the specified times.
The company also indicated that pure drinking water vehicles were provided to meet the needs of citizens in the affected villages throughout the outage period.
