Rabie Ahmed, head of the village of Samta Bahri, Dashna Center, Qena Governorate, conducted a surprise inspection tour of the health unit in the village of Al-Atiyat, to follow up on the regularity of work and the level of service provision to citizens.
Referral of doctors and health unit workers for investigation
During the visit, it was discovered that a large number of doctors and health unit workers were absent without prior permission, which affects the progress of work and the provision of medical services to the people.
Immediately, all necessary legal measures were taken regarding those absent, and cases of absence were recorded in preparation for referring them for investigation, with an emphasis on the need to adhere to official work hours and administrative discipline, in order to preserve the rights of citizens to obtain health service on a regular basis.
Rabie Ahmed stressed that we will not tolerate any negligence that affects the interests of citizens or affects the level of services provided to them, especially in the health sector, stressing the continuation of surprise follow-up campaigns during the coming period to control the work system and achieve discipline within government departments.
