Major General Hazem Ezzat, Secretary General of Beni Suef Governorate, held a meeting today to discuss the latest developments in the executive position of the legalization file, in light of the assignments of Dr. Mohamed Hani Ghoneim, Governor of Beni Suef.
During the meeting, a detailed statement of the requests of citizens who applied to legalize their legal status on state-owned lands and who did not complete the procedures was reviewed. The Secretary General directed the applicants to quickly communicate with them to urge them to complete the prescribed procedures, while giving them a final opportunity to proceed with the legalization steps before legal procedures are taken in this regard, in addition to reviewing the applications registered on the electronic system.
The Secretary General also stressed the speedy taking of the necessary legal measures against those who are not serious, including removing cases of encroachment and reclaiming state-owned lands, while submitting periodic reports on the executive position on a regular basis, in implementation of the governor’s directives on the necessity of preserving state property and maximizing its use in serving the governorate’s development plans.
This came in the presence of Amr Mahmoud, Director of State Properties, Muhammad Abu Al-Futouh, Director-General of Legal Affairs, city mayors, and property managers in local units.
