Details of controlling a fire that broke out in the fish market

The incident began when the security services of the Alexandria Security Directorate received a notification from the Customs Police Department warden stating that there had been a report of a fire at 74 Al-Nakrashi Street, the Lemon Agency in the department’s department.

Immediately, the security services, accompanied by ambulances and civil protection personnel, moved to the site of the report and imposed a security cordon around the place to protect passers-by and evacuate the market to prevent the spread of flames or injury to people.

The civil protection forces were able to control the fire, and it was found that it broke out in a fish shop grill in the place, and cooling work was carried out to prevent the fire from renewing again.

A report on the incident was filed at the Customs Police Department, and the investigating authorities were notified to begin their investigations into the incident.
