The local unit continued in the center and city of Tahta, north of the governorate Sohag It carried out intensive campaigns to control the street and ensure compliance with instructions, and this was within the framework of implementing the decisions of the Council of Ministers regarding closing times and rationalizing electricity consumption.
Follow up on the closure of shops to rationalize electricity in Sohag
This came in implementation of the directives of Major General Tariq Rashid, Governor of Sohag, as Ahmed Al-Shatouri, head of the local unit for the center and city of Tahta, followed the continuation of evening campaigns to monitor the implementation of the scheduled closing times, which start from eleven o’clock in the evening, in accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers issued in this regard.
The campaigns witnessed the passage of Ahmed Mahmoud, Wael Abu Aliyu, Hassan Darwish, Ahmed Younis, Ahmed Hammam, the deputy heads of the center and a number of employees, in coordination with the security forces of the Tahta Police Department, where it was ensured that the shops adhered to the specified deadlines, in addition to implementing similar campaigns in village councils in parallel with the city.
During the campaigns, a number of occupancies were lifted, with an emphasis on enforcing the law and achieving the public interest, as well as emphasizing full commitment to decisions to rationalize electricity consumption.
The head of the center confirmed the continuation of daily campaigns on a regular basis, in coordination with the security authorities, to follow up on the implementation of the decision, whether in the city of Tahta, the coast of Tahta, or affiliated villages, to ensure discipline and achieve the public interest.
