Issued by the General Secretariat of the Supreme Council To the administrative prosecution Its instructions regarding the procedures for withdrawing and submitting files for applicants for the competition for appointment to the position of Assistant Administrative Prosecutor from graduates of the Faculties of Law, Sharia and Law, and the Police College, Class of 2024.
Conditions for applying for the competition for appointment to the position of Assistant Administrative Prosecutor
The instructions were as follows:
First: Procedures for withdrawing and submitting the file
- Files will be withdrawn during the period from January 3, 2026 until January 29, 2026, in exchange for payment of 2,500 pounds when withdrawing the file via a Visa card.
- The applicant must bring all the papers and documents required to be submitted within the file with him on the dates specified for withdrawing the files and submitting them according to each university according to the schedule that will be announced on the website.
- The files will be withdrawn and submitted along with the required papers and documents on the same day the file is withdrawn according to the dates specified for each university.
Second: Papers and documents required to be submitted within the file.
- Request for appointment in the name of the Head of the Administrative Prosecution Authority. The application must be printed along with the final copy of the document through the website for data registration and signed by hand.
- The provisional graduation certificate showing the total grades and percentage. The file will not be accepted without presenting it – a prerequisite for accepting the file.
- A certificate of grades for the years of study including the total grades for each year – provided that the total is identical to the temporary graduation certificate. The file will not be accepted without bringing it – a prerequisite for accepting the file.
- Criminal status newspaper for the applicant.
- Providing proof of the position on conscription or a copy of a certificate of exemption from conscription for males and a certificate of performance of public service or exemption from it for females.
- A copy of the applicant’s national ID card must be valid.
- A copy of the national ID cards of the father and mother must be valid.
- Criminal status newspaper for the applicant’s father – in the event of a trip, he must submit a certificate of movements from the passport office and pledge to attach the criminal status newspaper upon his arrival in the country. In the event of death, he must submit a copy of the death certificate.
- Birth certificate or an official extract thereof.
- 10 (8) recent photographs of the applicant.
- Bring a longitudinal photograph of the applicant from head to toe.
