The accused indicated that he used the social networking sites “Tik Tok – Instagram – Facebook – Kwai” and created video clips visible to everyone, and live broadcasts and held meetings that are contrary to public morals, the effects of which include incitement to immorality and demolishing the values of society, to increase the rate of views and achieve the highest financial return, out of his desire to achieve quick money gain.
The investigations added: By examining the mobile phone of the blogger Al Pacino, it was revealed that there is a wallet on the Tik Tok application that contains an amount of 21,067 US dollars, the rest of the proceeds from his sinful activity from the aforementioned application, and that he spends the amounts he receives from it as they go. Many people who follow his pages submitted complaints about the content of the clips and videos that he films and broadcasts, which led to the closure of some of those pages and reopening them again.

The details of the incident date back to when the security services of the General Administration of Morality Investigations monitored the blogger, Muhammad Al Pacino, publishing clips and videos through his personal accounts on social networking sites, containing meetings, insinuations, and expressions that are offensive to public modesty and incite immorality and debauchery, with the intention of achieving views to gain financial profits.
The security services of the General Department of Morality Investigations arrested the blogger, Muhammad Al Pacino, and he was taken to the police station. The competent authorities continued investigating the accused regarding the accusations against him, and a report was drawn up regarding the incident.
Earlier, the competent investigative authorities decided to release blogger Muhammad Al Pacino on a financial bail of 20 thousand pounds, accusing him of filming and publishing meetings that are offensive to public modesty and incite immorality and vice.
