The BingeCircle program relies on placing the participants inside a circle, where a dialogue takes place between them without knowing the appearance of the other party at the beginning. This is a formula that is usually used with adults in the context of getting to know each other. However, the appearance of two children opened the door to criticism about the suitability of the idea for children.
A number of social media users expressed their anger, considering that including children in a program based primarily on the idea of dating constitutes an overstepping of boundaries, even if the paragraph was presented in a representative or watered-down manner.
Some emphasized that such situations may place children in contexts that do not suit their age or innocence.
