The investigating authorities decided to refer the report of Mahmoud Al-Khatib, President of Al-Ahly Club, against Mustafa Younis, a member of Al-Ahly Club and former team defender, to Al-Nuzha Prosecution for investigation due to his offensive statements.
Lawyer Mohamed Othman, the legal advisor to Al-Ahly Club, and Mahmoud Al-Khatib, President of Al-Ahly Club, submitted a report to the Public Prosecutor against Mustafa Younis, a member of Al-Ahly Club and former team defender, due to his offensive statements.
The legal advisor, Mohamed Othman, confirmed in his complaint that Captain Mustafa Younis had committed many violations against the president and members of the club’s board of directors for more than 5 years, while hosting television programs, including the “Captain” program presented by Captain Ahmed Hassan on the DMC channel, and the “Al-La’ib” program presented by the journalist Muhib Abdel Hadi, on the MBC channel, Sada Al-Balad website, as well as publishing and broadcasting these violations and abuses through his YouTube page called Mustafa. Younes.
Al-Ahly Club provided a CD with a recording of the aforementioned episodes, as well as some links to the videos broadcast on the YouTube page, and the matter was referred to the Council’s Complaints Committee, headed by the journalist Essam Al-Amir, the Council’s representative, to carry out its affairs there.
