The security services of the Ministry revealed Interior Details of a video clip circulated on social media sites that included the allegation of distributing electoral bribes to a number of citizens in front of one of the charitable organizations located in the Manial area of the Old Misr Police Department in Cairo, during the parliamentary elections for the second phase (last November 24-25).

Upon examination, it was possible to identify the person who filmed the video clip (an employee of “the brother of one of the candidates” residing in the department’s district) and his claim that those in charge of the aforementioned association were responsible for distributing sums of money to voters to push them to vote for one of the candidates “who is a competitor to his brother.”
It was also revealed that those in charge of managing that association had written a report on November 24th of last year against the aforementioned candidate, “his brother in charge of the publication,” another brother of theirs, and a number of his supporters for storming the association’s headquarters and destroying its contents on the pretext of the association’s bias toward the candidate competing with him. Legal measures were taken.
