A person in his forties was killed after falling from a height in the Al-Kawthar neighborhood in Sohag Governorate, and the body was transferred to the hospital at the disposal of the competent investigation authorities.

Major General Dr. Hassan Abdel Aziz, Assistant Minister of the Interior and Director of Sohag Security, received notification that a person had fallen from a height next to the Housing and Development Bank in the Al-Kawthar neighborhood, and that there had been a death. An ambulance was immediately dispatched to the location of the report.
Upon moving and examination, it was found that the person called Mahmoud J. A., 31 years old, from Alou, fell, resulting in his immediate death. The body was transported to the evacuation hospital and deposited in the morgue of Akhmim Central Hospital.
The necessary report on the incident was prepared, and the investigating authorities were notified to initiate investigations and uncover the circumstances of the incident.
