The security services at the Ministry of Interior revealed the circumstances of a video clip that was circulated on social media sites, in which a woman distributed electoral propaganda cards for one of the candidates to voters when they visited their electoral districts in the third Montazah Police Department district in Alexandria, to urge them to vote for him.

Through examination, it was possible to identify and catch the phenomenon in the video clip. She was in possession of a number of electoral propaganda cards for the mentioned candidate. When she was confronted, she admitted to committing the incident as referred to. Legal measures were taken and the Public Prosecution took over the investigation.
On the other hand, the security services concerned with securing one of the electoral districts in the Montazah Police Department in Alexandria were able to arrest two people in the vicinity of the district, in possession of sums of money in preparation for distributing them to voters if they frequented their electoral districts to encourage them to vote for one of the candidates.
Legal measures were taken and the Public Prosecution took over the investigation, within the framework of following up on the progress of the electoral process.
